I bought one of these from JTG quite a few years ago and it’s maintained a great condition despite being exposed to the winter elements many times. Very well made and tough so it’s a good value. Also, the style always manages to come across as avant garde despite its 1960s heritage so it still get compliments about being “fashion forward.”

Many thanks for the praise. And it’s made in Brighton.

I have to disagree with Oliver. The zip closure makes this coat that extra bit special . With a double button closure it would look too similar to a pea coat or reefer jacket you can get in many high street shops. Nice but not the authentic late 60 `s style you get here. I have the brown coloured one. Another eye-catching JTG creation.See my review under that section.

Got this jacket yesterday. Had so many comments at work about how nice it is. I’m a very slight build as this fits my body shape perfectly.
great jacket worth the price tag.

I think that if this jacket had a buttoned double breasted closure instead of the zip-front, it would be the nicest coat ever!
