   This is an excellent jacket for the price point. I read all the reviews and contacted Jonathan before ordering just so I could make sure I had the right size. My chest is 36″ and he recommended I go with the size 36 (Small). The fit is spot-on with room to spare. Sleeves are just the right length. Plenty of room in the shoulders but does get a bit tight when I try to hug myself (not something I do very often!).

   Side-story regarding customer service: I bought the beige and navy Harringtons together and, upon receiving them, noticed a very precise tear through the chest of the beige jacket (probably from a knife or box cutter). I noticed that the plastic wrapping the jacket came in also had the same tear. I sent pictures to Jonathan and he was very prompt about sending out a replacement, which got held up in shipping due to the holiday season but I finally received today. That said, he was very helpful every step of the way as I awaited my replacement Harrington to arrive. So thank you, Jonathan!

   All in all, this is a great jacket and a great company to buy from. Shipping to the U.S. was a breeze, and customer service is top-notch.

   Superbe blouson Harrington en couleur beige et en taille 38 ( je fais 1M73 pour 71 Kgrs avec tours de poitrine de 98 cm et en taille 38 , elle tombe parfaitement)Le style et la coupe sont vraiment extra! Un excellent rapport qualité / prix ! il y a moins cher…mais franchement niveau qualité , coupe et style : rien à re-dire, c’est celui de Jump the Gun le meilleur ! et le service d’envoi en France est également d’une très grande qualité ( avec petits cadeaux dans le colis) !    Nice jacket. Excellent quality and no-nonsense, classic aesthetics for a very fair price. Shipping to the US was quick. I did have to exchange for a size down – read below for my experience with sizing.

   I think my way of measuring the chest is different from JTG. With the jacket zipped, laid flat and taut, and measured pit-to-pit, I measure the size 42 at 24.5″ across and the size 40 at 23.5″. (JTG provided somewhat slimmer measurements, however it is very understandable that clothes can be measured differently, and they were cool about accommodating my overseas exchange.)

   I have a 42″ chest and a 35-36″ true waist, and the size 42 was clearly oversized. The 40 fits quite good, but it’s still not tight or really what I would consider slim. For example, the JTG 40 is slightly roomier than a recent Ben Sherman size Large harrington that I own (the Sherman is just barely a 23″ chest). The JTG jacket is just a little billowy around the waist and sleeves, but not too much. None of this is a complaint – I really like that it reads more “classic harrington,” rather than “modern slim fit harrington.” Overall, I still find the jacket flattering, as the armholes are not low and the shape is not really boxy….it’s just a touch looser than some trendy brands might be, with a small amount of that classic billow you might find in a vintage piece. So, with the proper size, I’m very happy with the jacket.

   I’ve had my Beige Harrington for a couple weeks now and I am definitely impressed. Money well spent; not sure you can find a better Harrington for the price. Jacket fits perfectly, and feels wonderful. One small thing is I wish the inside pocket was a bit more substantial and had a button or clasp closure. The pocket feels more like a cut out of the lining fabric as opposed to an actual constructed pocket,so I don’t really keep anything in there. Outside pockets are great, however. All in all one of my favourite jackets now and I am planning on getting another one in a different colour soon. Thanks JtG!

   Just got this Baby today and could’nt be more happy. It has a great quality, fit and colour. The packaging is very aesthetic and thoughtful. My other harringtons arent even close quality wise, cost more and werent shipped so neat. This will not be my last Order from jtg…sporting it in berlin where probably only a few own a great jacket like that..thanks!

   Bought my second Harrington from these guys. Top quality as always. The Beige on this one is quite light, more like a cream which is great and very different from the High St rubbish you see about! Great jacket and superb service as always

   Received my harrington today and couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase. JTG have put out a great product at an excellent price point. This jacket compares favorably to higher priced harringtons that I own. Conversely, the quality of the garment justifies the price when measured against one of lower cost.
